This contemporary 6,000 sq ft residence was designed by John Buday of Cascade Crest Design, and is a study of our northwest lifestyle. With room for large gatherings as well as plenty of places to hide away; this home will allow the large and active family great flexibility of living. Plenty of windows ensure that the beautiful surroundings are an integral part of the interior spaces, and serve to exaggerate the long site lines of the pool frame in particular. Housing a home-office, gym, pool and plenty of covered space outside, this is not just a place to relax after a days work: it is a vibrant space that is designed to be used to its fullest. The lines and geometry of the frame are clean but the complexity of the building is manifest in the careful engineering that allows us to get the most from this economic structure.
Cascade Crest and M&L are currently working alongside Jennifer Anthony of Fearless Engineers to put the final touches on the frame design while our local sawyer Dan Morris has already begun to process the 20,000 board feet of dry timbers that we will use to make this frame. The project is on target, and we expect to be site-ready before Christmas.
