Project Manager
We are currently seeking experienced and professional Project Manager who will provide an energetic, disciplined and confident personality with a good understanding of construction processes, and the ability to establish trusting, long lasting relationships.
As the scope of our work constantly increases in complexity, we require individuals who are keen to constantly be learning and expanding their knowledge. Along with the desire to learn, we require all members of the M&L team to:
- Work cooperatively and reliably with the entire team
- Lead by example and exhibit professional conduct in all aspects of work
- Contribute to M&L’s strategy
- Adhere to M&L’s health & safety policies and WorkSafe BC requirements
- Achieve project targets
- Maintain quality standards
- Demonstrate accurate and effective work methods
- Create and build long lasting relationships.
Members of the M&L team must demonstrate competence in all areas of their expertise. Along with being able to make solid, disciplined decisions which align both with best practices, and with the M&L strategic plan and its intent.

Experienced Timber Frame Carpenter
We are currently seeking experienced and professional Journeymen/women carpenters who bring with them a wide range of skills and a solid attitude.
As the scope of our work constantly increases in complexity, we require individuals who are keen to constantly be learning and expanding their knowledge. Along with the desire to learn, we require all members of the M&L team to:
- Work cooperatively and realiably with the project team and crew leader
- Lead by example and exhibit professional conduct in all aspects of work
- Contribute to M&L’s vision
- Adhere to M&L’s health & safety policies and WorkSafe BC requirements
- Achieve project targets
- Maintain quality standards
- Demonstrate accurate and effective work methods
- Supply and maintain a tool kit as described by M&L’s tool list.
Carpenters with M&L must demonstrate competence in all areas of carpentry. Along with being able to make solid, disciplined decisions which align both with best practices of the trade and with the M&L business model.
